Dua Upon Completing the Fast
This dua is reported from the practice of the Prophet (ﷺ) after breaking his fast.
Dhahaba al-ẓama’u wabtallati al-‘urooqu, wa thabata al-ajr in shā’ Allāh.
The thirst has gone, the veins are moistened and the reward is confirmed, if Allah wills.
Dua When Breaking the Fast (Iftar)
The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) would recite this supplication at the time of breaking his fast at sunset.
Allāhumma laka ṣumtu wa ‘alā rizqika afṭartu.
O Allah, for You I have fasted and with Your provision I have broken my fast.

Rabbana ātinā fid-dunyā ḥasanah wa fil-ākhirati ḥasanah waqinā ‘adhāban-nār
Our Lord, grant us good in this world and good in the Hereafter and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.
Dua for Acceptance and Forgiveness During Fasting
Make this beautiful dua from the Qur'an, seeking Allah’s forgiveness, especially during Ramadan.
Rabbana ighfir lanā dhunūbanā wa kaffir ‘annā sayyi’ātinā wa tawaffanā ma‘a al-abrār.
Our Lord, forgive us our sins and remove from us our misdeeds and cause us to die with the righteous.
